Remove an app and every file it left behind.

Dragging an app to the Trash only removes the app bundle — its preferences, caches, logs, and support files stay behind indefinitely. The Uninstaller finds all of it in one pass.

You get a single, complete list per app: the app itself plus every related file, ready to review before anything is removed.

Free accounts can fully uninstall up to 3 apps per month; Pro removes the limit.

How to use it

  1. 1Open iSweepy and select Uninstall App under Apps.
  2. 2Choose the app you want to remove from the list.
  3. 3Click Scan to find every related file for that app.
  4. 4Review the full file list before removal.
  5. 5Click Clean to move the app and its files to Trash.

Safety note

Removed items are moved to the Finder Trash, never permanently deleted on the spot. You can restore anything from the Trash right up until you empty it yourself.
