System junk accumulates quietly: app caches, crash logs, temporary files, and leftover installer data. None of it is needed once created, but macOS never cleans it up on its own.

How to use it
- 1Open iSweepy and select Clean under the Cleaning section.
- 2Click Scan to check known cache, log, and temp locations.
- 3Review the list — each item shows its path and size.
- 4Deselect anything you'd rather keep.
- 5Click Clean to move the rest to Trash.
Safety note
iSweepy always shows you a full preview before anything is removed. Nothing is deleted until you review the list and confirm — files go to the macOS Trash (never a raw delete), so you can recover them until you empty it.
