Stray iCloud and cloud-sync local copies.

iCloud Drive and other cloud-sync clients keep local mirror copies and conflict files that can pile up outside of what you see in Finder's iCloud view.

This module finds those stray local copies and orphaned sync-conflict files without touching anything still stored in the cloud.

How to use it

  1. 1Open iSweepy and select Cloud Cleanup under Cleaning.
  2. 2Click Scan to check local cloud-sync caches and conflict files.
  3. 3Review each item's source app and size.
  4. 4Deselect anything you're unsure about.
  5. 5Click Clean to move the rest to Trash.

Safety note

iSweepy always shows you a full preview before anything is removed. Nothing is deleted until you review the list and confirm — files go to the macOS Trash (never a raw delete), so you can recover them until you empty it.
